Natasha is a CA qualified professional with over 20 years’ experiences in a mix of commercial and chartered environments in both Australia and Europe. Natasha is responsible for the business structure, planning, development, compliance and growth of Square 1 and its associated entities.

Natasha is involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, which enables it to act dynamically in an industry which is currently under the microscope.

Larissa Wong

Executive Manager

Larissa is a CPA qualified professional with over 20 years’ experience with a significant stout in the financial services industry. She has experience both in Australia and Europe and is a well-rounded commercially focused professional.

Larissa’s expertise is data analytics, strategy, commercial financial planning and analysis and commissions management. Larissa oversees ‘business as usual’, whilst looking at new opportunities within our own loan portfolio and external to our current operations.

Jacob Wong

Commissions Officer

Jacob has been working within our commissions team for 3 years and understands the intricacies of both Lender and Broker agreements and the many facets that could be involved in a ‘simple’ commission enquiry.

Jacob is the quiet achiever in the team and is all business to meet the obligations of both the Lenders and Brokers alike.

Michael Barton

Assistant Accountant

Michael is an experienced Assistant Accountant with over 5+ years experience in the Aged Care industry.

Skilled in all areas of financial accounting, Michael brings an all-round accounting experience to the team.

Michael has proven to be an enthusiastic and dedicated team member assisting the team in both the Commissions and Accounting functions at Square 1.


Oliver Lynn

Trainee Accountant

Oliver is a second year Accounting student from the University of Macquarie and has joined Square 1 on a pat-time basis while completing his degree.

Oliver has lived and worked overseas in Myanmar (Burma) for two years, where he volunteered and completed four very different internships.

Oliver has proven to be a hardworking team member assisting the team in all matters Commissions at Square 1.

Customer Service Manager (CSM)

New Role

Square 1 is looking for a full time Customer Service Manager to support the Head Broker and Loan Writer within the business.

You will be working in a supportive, fun and collaborative small team of 7.

The role will involve; Preparation & Lodgement of Loan Applications with Lenders, Follow up of Loan Applications from Lodgement through to Settlement, Office Administration and General duties.

Experience: Financial services experience industry is preferred, with prior experience in an administration, customer service and/or personal assistant role/s would be highly regarded.

Square 1 is looking for a driven and motivated Appointment Settler to join our growing business and dynamic team located in Lavender Bay, just moments from public transport.

If you enjoy speaking and communicating with customers, this role will be great for you.

The ideal candidate must have previous appointment setting experience and have excellent conversational skills. The goal for this position is to understand our customer’s home loan needs.
